Born and raised in Owensboro KY, Kim is a local expert of our community. In 2011, she realized her calling was in real estate after Kim and her husband had gone thru the buying and selling process a few times.   Her passion for real estate was fueled by the remodeling process and updating of homes that they would flip.  She loves to help her clients see the potential of a particular space, while keeping their budget in mind. For the past three years, she has served on the Public Relations Committee for the Greater Owensboro Realtor Association, along with many other planning committees for events that the GORA hosts for the general public. She has also served on boards for her kids' sports teams and helped manage and coach these teams. 

When she isn't working, you can find her watching her two kids play sports, or starting a remodeling project of her own.
